Our History

ADL Solicitors Ltd was set up in May 2005 after its founding member left his previous practice where he had been a partner for a period of 7 years. The founder member is not only a Solicitor, but was Called to the Bar and also a Higher Court Advocate, who had the vision to see that services could be provided to all, wherever they may be located and accordingly ADL Solicitors have represented clients nationally and have a national client base.

Although ADL Solicitors is a young firm, it has developed an ability to deal with complex and difficult matters and has obtained a reputation which has resulted in the Legal Services Commission granting it the right to join the Serious Crime panel. This panel is made up of 325 law firms in the country, of which most have been in existence for a considerable period of time and the fact that ADL Solicitors has been allowed to join this exclusive circle is a tribute to the ethos of the firm and it is achievements.

This accolade has arisen from the work that has been conducted by ADL Solicitors, and full details of the type of work which has been undertaken can be found under the section marked Cases.

ADL Solicitors has expanded into other areas, namely Personal Injury and Immigration and the same success will be achieved using the experience gained from the field of Crime, what many do not see is that true lawyers are borne from the sphere of Criminal Law, as these lawyers are fighting in the Police stations, in the lower courts and then the higher courts. It is the adversarial training which one gains from confronting Police Officers and Prosecutors and verbally having to defend the rights of others that makes those with Criminal backgrounds different as what we believe in; we say it in Court without regard to our own self interests.

To defend the rights of those who need it is paramount, and whether it is Criminal, Personal Injury or Immigration, the same zeal is being applied.
