1. Operation Calamari – Terrorism, this First prosecution under S.2 Terrorism Act 2000 which related to the distribution and glorification of Terrorism. It was alleged our client and another had links to various organization and were potential suicide bombers in the making. Our client was eventually convicted, the matter was appealed and the Appeal court reduced the sentence to 2 years and is now the authority of S.2 offences. London

2. Operation Ice – Terrorism related Prosecution, this prosecution was headed by the Counter Terrorism Unit based in Leeds and was one of the first prosecutions under S…. Our client was acquitted of one matter and convicted of another but was not sent to prison. Bradford

1. Operation Tournament – Sophisticated Blackmail plot which involved a number of people but only one arrested. The Police used psychological profilers to track down our client. The case involved a major police informant who had gone missing and involved the use of sophisticated telecommunications and part of the offence revolved around Madrid, Spain.

2. Operation Premier – Large scale violent disorder involving 12men where serious injuries were caused out client received 12months.
