Murder.

1. Operation Geneva – Murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky, Bradford 6 men were charged with her Murder and the attempted Murder of a second Police officer, of the 6 men charged it was only our client was acquitted. The other received sentences up to 35 years

2. Operation Window – Gangland Murder Bradford, 7 men charged with the gangland Murder of another, our client was the only one acquitted others received sentences up to 35years

3. Operation Dyke – Gang related Murder, Luton, four men were charged with Murder, the Murder being captured on CCTV Client was the only one acquitted, others received life sentences

4. Operation Espalier – Conspiracy to Steal, Nottingham 6 people charged with an armed robbery involving firearms, we represented 2 and they were the only ones to be acquitted.

5. Operation Clementine – Large seizure of Drugs Manchester, over a ¼ tone of drugs were recovered and 3 men were charged, our Client was the only one acquitted

6. Operation - Conspiracy to Murder, Bradford, 3 men were charged with trying to Murder a pedophile by shooting him, DNA placed our client at the scene. Our Client was the only one acquitted others received sentences up to 18years.

7. Operation Parade – Honor Killing, Leeds, involved in the first honor killing in West Yorkshire for over 10 years, 6 men charged and received sentences up to 32 years, our client jury unable to decide, matter dealt by another firm.

8. Operation Perth – Prosecution of Lesley Molseed Murder in 1975.This made national news as it related to the Murder of a young girl and also to Steven Kisko who was wrongly convicted and spent 16years in custody before the Appeals Court overturned his conviction.

9. Operation Hitchcock - Multiple Attempt Murders, Halifax. Our client was charged with using his vehicle as weapon in an hour long rampage which resulted in a number of people being injured; our client was eventually convicted of lesser matters and received 5 years.
